Sunken Silo Brew Works occupies an old abandoned building. It is located in Hunterdon County, NJ, "farm country". As the area grew, there was a need for water, Round Valley Reservoir was created. Where the reservoir sits today, were homes, barns and silos sitting at the bottom of the reservoir. Thus, the name "Sunken Silo".
