Lambertville Home

Coppola Brothers LLC is proud to be part of an extensive renovation of this 1905 Colonial Revival Four-Square home that lies within the Historical district of Lambertville, NJ. Coppola Brothers was charged to bring the owners’ vision to reality. We believe we have gone above and beyond.

The area of homes in this district includes a large example of popular 19th century American architectural styles including Federal, Greek Revival, Italianate, Gothic Revival, French and Queen Anne. Given the number of Lambertville industrialists on this street, the area was dubbed “Millionaires Row”.

This home was constructed in 1905 and sits on one-third of a city block. The previous owners did much work to restore the home to a single-family mini mansion in 2001. It has had some additions throughout the years and the basement may have served as horse quarters as the brickwork suggests. Now it is spacious, elegant, and well-decorated with a careful mix of tradition and modernism. Each bedroom has a full-bath, making it a great place to host guests. The upper balcony, large side porch, garden and pool are seasonal extensions complete with collections of art and furniture. As much as this house awes the senses, it is comfortable, with whimsy and welcoming gathering areas.

Lambertville is now a quaint, artsy city. This vibrant and dynamic home wows visitors today as it did when it was first constructed.
